Orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays within Canada.

Complimentary international shipping on all orders over $130 CAD.

CANADA AND THE US:
Complimentary shipping on orders over $75 CAD before tax.

We want you to be head over heels with your Orazi products, so if you’re not completely satisfied we will accept any product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase.

Only items purchased on www.oraziskin.com may be accepted for return through this site. If you purchased your product at a retailer, please contact them for assistance.

To return a product, please send an email to radiant@oraziskin.com and we will provide return authorization and mailing information. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to process a return without the return authorization and correct mailing information. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning any items. We recommend you use FedEx, UPS, or another insured carrier for your return as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Your return shipping fees will not be refundable.exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time as we cannot guarantee that a product has not been partially used.

Damaged or missing product or missing package? Please contact radiant@oraziskin.com as soon as possible and we will attempt to fix the problem. If a package recorded as delivered is missing we will need 2 – 3 business days as we may have to make a claim with the carrier.
